1. Warranty card is valid for period of 12 months from the date of purchase and service will be provided during the warranty period free of charge.

2. Warranty does not cover any accessory external to the product like battery, filters, and plastic breakable items and also don’t cover broken screen/glass, damaged or dented product.

3. Warranty becomes void if;

i. Product is tampered or repaired by any unauthorized service center.

ii. Model No. and Serial No. on the warranty card do not match the product, altered or removed.

iii. Defect is caused due to accidents, transit damage, improper use, power fluctuation, natural disaster and/or by any operation not covered by the instruction manual.

iv. The original warranty card is not produced at time of registration for service.

4. Authorized service centers reserves the right to judge and refuse service under warranty if the information on the warranty is incomplete.

5. Re-installation due to bad or improper installation shall be charged, and authorized service center will charge if warranty card is expired.

6. PLEASE NOTE: Product to be serviced must be brought along with a copy of purchase invoice and a warranty card from dealer/distributor for availing warranty services.

7. POLYSTAR is responsible for this warranty and not the dealer from whom the product is purchased and the purpose of this warranty is limited. Note: Authorized Service Center reserves the right to judge and reject claims as per the above conditions.
